Access
By train: The museum is within walking distance from Merode and Schuman stations, and accessible by metro from Central station.
By metro: Lines 1 and 5 – stop at Schuman or Merode.
By bus: Lines 22, 27, 80 – stop at Gaulois; line 61 – stop at Merode.
By tram: Line 81 – stop at Merode.
By car: Parking is available around Cinquantenaire Park or in nearby underground/paid parking facilities, such as:
- My Park (Galerie du Cinquantenaire, rue des Ménapiens 18, 1040 Etterbeek)
- BePark – Place Saint-Pierre (rue de la Grande Haie 20, 1040 Etterbeek)

You plan to bring your material by car?

If you need to unload upon arrival on the installation day (09/06) or the day of the dismantling (12/06), please inform us in advance (before 22/05), indicating the arrival time and the type of vehicle.
Please note that you will need to unload and then move your vehicle to park outside the museum. Due to limited space, we need to ensure a rotation system and therefore cannot allow vehicles to remain parked for more than 30 minutes.
How to get your badge?
For security reasons, we kindly ask you to register all exhibitors for your stand before 16/05. The registration link has been sent by email.
You will be able to collect your badges starting from the 9th at 10:00 AM.
Please note that if you are not registered, you will not be able to receive a badge or access the museum outside of official opening hours.
Your stand
We will provide you with a ready-made stand to display and present your products and services. Two exhibition stand sizes are available: 1.5x3m or 1.5x6m space and three different types of stands are available.
Please note that final sizes allocation has been communicated to you. Due to limited space and the high number of interesting projects, the size you requested may not necessarily correspond to the size allocated.

You will be provided with the following:
- One stand: small or big
- A solid back wall and two open side panels
- Electricity (16A, 220V) + Power strip
- 3 Overhead lights
- One high table and two highchairs (the table will be round, contrary to the simulation below) - If you requested any changes to the furniture or made additional requests, we have confirmed by email what will be included on your stand.
One screen 55” + HDMI cable - Wifi
- Signage: Your project title will be printed and displayed above your stand. Kindly ensure that the exact wording provided in the registration form is final. No modifications will be accepted after 15 April.

- One HDMi cable will be available on each screen
- All provided screens will have the sound disabled to avoid overlapping audio playback, but you will be allowed to use headphones
You are responsible for the content displayed on the screens. We will not collect your presentations or videos in advance, nor will we be responsible for uploading them to your screen.
It is therefore your responsibility to bring the necessary equipment and ensure that the content is provided in the accepted formats mentioned above.
Wall:
- Materials may be displayed on the walls; however, drilling or screwing items into the walls is strictly forbidden
- Pins or adhesive (using gaffer tape at least as a first layer directly on the wooden surface) may be used
Printing
Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own printing; however, if needed, you may contact one of the suppliers listed below, with whom we have previously collaborated.

Shipping
It is not permitted to send parcels directly to the museum. We kindly ask you to follow the procedure detailed in the PDF accessible below.
All parcels sent in advance must be delivered to our partner, with the provided labels clearly attached to each package, and the form must be returned to us.
Please note that shipping costs are not covered by us and the parcels need to arrive before 5/06.
Travel and Accommodation
Travel
Travel for two exhibitors* per stand will be arranged and covered by the organisation.
When completing the registration form, the exact details of the two participants will be required. Please ensure that the individuals registered are the same as those who will be attending.
Please note that no reimbursement will be provided. We kindly request that you do not make any travel arrangements independently. Our appointed travel agency, IP travel, will contact you directly to arrange your travel.
Accommodation
Accommodation for two exhibitors * will be arranged and covered by the organisation.
Please note that no reimbursement will be provided. We kindly request that you do not make any accommodation arrangements independently.
Please note that, by default, the organisers will cover four nights accommodation from 09/06 to 13/06 unless there are no available flight connections to arrive in Brussels on 09/06 in the morning.
Breakfast and city tax are covered, but additional expenses (minibar, etc.) are to be covered by the respective exhibitor.
The reservation will be booked in your name, but no confirmation will be sent to by the hotel. The hotel will be confirmed at a later stage.
Meals
The following meals will be provided for two people* for the duration of the FAIR:
- Breakfast (at the hotel)
- Lunch on 9, 10, 11 & 12 June
If you are more than two people in your stand
You are welcome to have more than two exhibitors at your stand. However, please note that travel, accommodation, and meals will only be covered for two participants* per stand.
* For projects whose stands have been merged with another project, only one exhibitor per project will be entitled to travel and accommodation covered by the organisation.
