Inside Out for a Beautiful, Inclusive and Sustainable Europe

The Inside Out Photobooth truck has been taking portraits of passersby to explore how the European Green Deal impacts positively and enhances tangible aspects of our daily lives and spaces. Everyone has been invited to participate and share their story to create a public artwork consisting of large-scale black and white portraits.

The Inside Out Project has not only capture the spirit of European citizens, leaders, exhibitors and artists participating in the Festival, but also spotlight their collective efforts in envisioning a sustainable, inclusive, and beautiful future that captivates our senses and souls.

Since 2011, more than 500,000 people spanning across 152 countries and territories have participated in the Inside Out Project. Thanks to participants' creativity and dedication, the project has reached all of the continents, with over 2,600 actions created. Inside Out Actions have revolved around a range of topics such as diversity, community, feminism, racism, climate change, education, children’s rights, and art.
