On April 17th at 10:00 CET, the European Network of Cultural Centres invites you to a NEB Festival satellite event dedicated to exploring the role of socio-culture as a catalyser of just transitions towards sustainability in non-urban areas. The event is organised in collaboration with the Horizon Europe project IN SITU: Place-based innovation of cultural and creative industries in non-urban areas.
Join this interactive virtual forum to discuss, exchange ideas and discover good practices from across Europe, with contributions from experts and practitioners in non-urban culture. Speakers from the IN SITU labs will share their experience, and researchers from ENCC will introduce the preliminary results of their qualitative research on the roles of socio-cultural centres in just sustainability transitions.
The event will be held online and recorded. The recording will be made publicly accessible on ENCC's PeerTube channel and on the IN SITU YouTube channel. Participation is free upon registration.
