Rudy Aernoudt is an economist and philosopher with outstanding international experience (MIT, OECD, European commission, European Council). He occupied Chief of Staff positions at different governance levels (Europe, Belgium, Flanders, Wallonia). He is professor at the universities of Ghent and at the BMI executive institute (founded by HEC Paris and LMS).
