Pierre Heilbronn, a graduate from SciencesPo and Ecole Nationale d’Administration, served in various roles in France and at the international level, including Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the Minister for Economy and Finance, and Vice-President at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He was appointed "France’s Special Envoy for Ukraine’s Relief and Reconstruction" by the President of the French Republic in March 2023.
