Gerry oversees EIB advisory initiatives in urban development, mobility, housing, and climate action. Leading JASPERS urban projects, including the preparation of investment guidelines for the New European Bauhaus, and the City Climate Gap Fund, he brings expertise from managing EIB urban development lending and experience at EBRD and in consultancy. Fluent in English, Polish, and French, Gerry holds degrees in Geography from Oxford and London universities.
