Enda Hogan


Enda Hogan is Assistant Director and Head of the EU Programmes Division in the Southern Regional Assembly, one of two ERDF Managing Authorities in Ireland. He has been closely involved in the design of a new urban development scheme supporting the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings in town centres and embracing the core values of the New European Bauhaus – sustainability, aesthetics, and inclusion. Prior to joining the Assembly in 2018, he worked in learning and development, business consulting, enterprise support, tourism and higher education.
