The workshop will show how the first six New European Bauhaus (NEB) lighthouse demonstrators use place-based experiments not as short-term projects but as catalysts for lasting territorial transformation. Reflecting life-cycle thinking, it will look beyond immediate outcomes to design, implementation, use, maintenance and long-term legacy. By examining systemic change and transferable lessons, the session will promote a replicable, long-term methodology for cities.
