The SOFTacademy project seeks to accelerate neighborhood level circular renovation of multi-owner apartment buildings with a hardware and software approach demonstrating how residents’ initiatives in renovation boosts re-design of the whole neighborhood, including spaces in between buildings.

The project will develop a collaborative innovation model for urban governments to accelerate private renovation by improving overall urban liveability.
