Julia Watson is an Australian-born designer, educator, author, and TED speaker advancing climate-resilient design through Indigenous knowledge systems. She is author of Lo—TEK: Design by Radical Indigenism (2019) and Lo—TEK Water (2025), and founder of the Lo—TEK Institute and Office for Intercultural Urbanism. Her work collaborates with Indigenous communities worldwide to advance TEKnological Urbanism rooted in Traditional Ecological Knowledge.
