A SONIC OASIS is a site-specific, immersive music ensemble creating "deep listening" experiences in public and unconventional spaces. David Bello Arcos and Maia Steinberg combine operatic voice, saxophone, loops, and singing bowls to surround audiences with moving soundscapes. Participants lie down and close their eyes to feel sound as a physical and emotional reset, turning the chaos of everyday life into a space of calm.
