The tool consolidates 160+ regulations into one coherent, GIS-based platform delivering site-specific design guidance. Co-created with 38+ stakeholders, this translates climate, inclusion and circularity goals into actionable projects, bridging vision and delivery, and offering a replicable model for European cities.
