The Tavros Project concerns the energy retrofit of a multi-family building in Tavros, Athens, following the Passive House standard. The most important issues that the Tavros Project aims to tackle are the engineers’ and building workers’ lack of education and knowledge concerning energy efficiency in buildings, the performance gap of the energy simulation tools and the overall lack of public information about energy efficiency in buildings, energy independence, and the Passive House standard.
