GET INVOLVED UNIPV

Get Involved UNIPV – Dignity, Wellbeing and Expression is an experiential and participatory training event for the University of Pavia community in Italy, including administrative staff, faculty, researchers and students. Through body awareness activities, meditation, theatre improvisation, visual arts, music and creative workshops, participants develop communication, collaboration and self-expression skills. The initiative promotes individual and collective wellbeing and strengthens a sense of belonging.
