The Materials Matter Summit: From Innovation to Collective Practice is an official New European Bauhaus Festival Satellite Event exploring how healthy, circular, and regenerative materials can move from niche innovation into mainstream practice across Europe's built environment.

Bringing together architects, designers, developers, policymakers, researchers, manufacturers, sustainability professionals, and material innovators, the summit will feature keynote talks, interactive labs, and collaborative discussions focused on material transparency, healthy materials, circularity, procurement, and implementation. Participants will also contribute to the development of a collective Material Manifesto outlining actionable pathways toward healthier and more regenerative built environments.
