Description
Social media has become one of the most powerful forces shaping how people think, behave, and relate to each other. With algorithms driven by outrage and misinformation running rampant, what happens online spills over into the politics and social internactions of the real world. The panel will explore how to counteract this and how to develop ethical digital tools, transparent algorithms, and community-driven platforms that strengthen democratic participation rather than weaken it.

- Léa Rogliano-Aubry- Head of the Citizen Engagement Hub at FARI
- Carlo Ratti - Professor at MIT and Politecnico di Milano, founding partner of the architecture and innovation office CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati and the director of the Senseable City Lab
