Christian Rauch has been Festival Director of the Berlin Science Week since 2024. This role builds on his experience of working at the intersection of science, art, and society for more than a decade, including founding STATE, a collective of scientists, artists and cultural producers dedicated to making science accessible and facilitating creativity, which develops transdisciplinary artscience programmes with international partners.
