Dalila Dias is the General Manager of the Historic Villages of Portugal network and Coordinator of the Collective Efficiency Strategy of the AHP 2030 Network. She has 15 years of experience in network governance and sustainable territorial development in low-density areas. Her work includes coordinating and leading multi-sector and multi-level projects, promoting collaborative models for innovation, competitiveness and territorial valorisation.
In this path, she has contributed to strengthening the Historic Villages of Portugal network as a reference case in integrated territorial development, recognised through several national and international distinctions as an example of good practice. Her professional activity focuses on the articulation between public policies, local stakeholders and cooperation networks, contributing to the implementation of integrated regional development strategies, with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability and territorial cohesion.
