Rebuild Green 2030 is an international multi-stakeholder programme advancing regenerative reconstruction in Ukraine through public–private partnerships and participatory innovation. At its core, the Rebuild Green Hackathon connects municipalities, professional teams, and European partners to co-develop and scale circular, bio-based construction systems. The programme delivers low-carbon, affordable public spaces while strengthening local capacity, supply chains, and place-based identity.
