Description
This panel will explore the potential of evidence-based design to create public spaces that are more inclusive of diverse stakeholders, including groups that are in a vulnerable situation or underrepresented. This means understanding the physical and psychological effects of public spaces on diverse users. While evidence-based design is established in sectors such as healthcare and education, there are opportunities to explore its potential to create more inclusive, safer, health-promoting and nature-positive public spaces.
