Across five days, the Festival will bring together cutting‑edge innovation, community‑powered transformation, and cultural experimentation. Forum debates, live performances, architectural tours, workshops, and exhibitions will all show how Europe is rethinking the way we build, live, and shape our shared spaces.

Throughout the week, over 60 exhibitors from across Europe will present projects at the NEB Fair, from circular construction and nature‑positive design to citizen‑driven innovation. Daily Forum sessions will explore the major themes shaping the future of Europe’s built environment, including climate‑neutral construction, adaptive reuse, digital democracy, evidence‑based design, and bio‑based innovation.

Visitors can also take part in site visits that showcase NEB values in practice, from the adaptive reuse of Brussels’ industrial heritage to transformations in social housing and large‑scale decarbonisation projects. Creative workshops and participatory ateliers will run throughout the Festival, inviting people of all ages to experiment, make, and explore. Film screenings at Brussels' Centre for Fine Arts BOZAR will offer an opportunity to reflect on community building and innovation  And beyond Brussels, Satellite Events will bring NEB values to life across Europe, showing how communities everywhere are shaping sustainable and inclusive futures.

Every day concludes with a celebration at the NEB Fest, with live music, dance, theatre, storytelling, and artistic encounters across Brussels and beyond, bringing culture to the heart of Europe’s transition. Join us at the NEB Festival from 9 to 13 June 2026, in Brussels and around the world, and be part of the movement shaping a more sustainable, inclusive future. Find the full programme here.
