Darius Skusevičius has been Lithuania's Ambassador-at-Large for the Recovery and Reconstruction of Ukraine since February 2025. He previously served as Lithuania's Ambassador to Canada (2019–2024) and as the country's Permanent Representative to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Additionally, he held the position of Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, overseeing European Eastern neighbourhood and security policy, between 2017 and 2019.
