Visages Villages (Faces Places) is a 2017 French documentary by filmmakers Agnès Varda and street artist JR capturing their journey through rural France. The pair use a custom-built photobooth truck to take pictures of locals, transforming the portraits into giant murals that honor ordinary people. A warm, artistic exploration of memory and humanity.
