Cultuur&Campus Putselaan (C&CP) is a shared campus in Rotterdam-Zuid where higher education, arts, research and policy connect with local communities. Located in the heart of three neighbourhoods, it brings together academic, artistic and lived knowledge through participatory research, dialogue and impact-driven learning. Based on reciprocity, students and residents learn from each other, strengthening both the area and the institutions.
