Festival du Nouveau Bauhaus en Occitanie

Two days of events to explore new ways of making the territory

As part of the European New European Bauhaus (NEB) initiative, Occitanie is launching a regional event: the New Bauhaus Festival in Occitania. Co-organised by Envirobat Occitanie and the Occitanie Region, it will bring together professionals, public and private actors, researchers, artists and citizens for two days around a common question: how to design living territories in Occitanie adapted to the climate: in rural areas but also in urban areas?

This first edition is placed under the artistic direction of Laurent Kilani, artistic director of Spot Nîmes and leader of the 14th edition of the Expo de Ouf, one of the major urban art events in France. Through a programme combining architecture, urban planning, design, culture, citizen participation and artistic creation, the festival offers a sensitive and creative look at the transformation of our territories.
